چیف جسٹس عدالت عالیہ آزاد جموں و کشمیر کی منظوری کے بعد ڈپٹی رجسٹرار انتظامیہ سید ارشد حسین گیلانی نے باضابطہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے۔ اس فیصلے کا اطلاق عدالت عالیہ کے ہیڈ کوارٹر مظفر آباد، سرکٹ بینچز میرپور، کوٹلی، راولا کوٹ اور ریاست بھر کی تمام ضلعی عدالتوں بشمول قضاء برانچ پر ہوگا۔
