سما ٹی وی کے مطابق این سی سی آئی اے کی جانب سے وزارت داخلہ میں جمع کرائی گئی رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا ایک سال کے دوران ایک لاکھ 57 ہزار 465 شکایات موصول ہوئیں۔ صرف واٹس ایپ ہیکنگ اور غلط استعمال کی دو ہزار 974 شکایات ملیں،جن پر ایک ہزار 32 انکوایاں کی گئیں، صرف ایک شخص گرفتار ہوسکا۔
